Entrambi gli appartamenti sono perfetti per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici che desiderano visitare Firenze a piedi e conoscere i suoi splendidi musei e la sua arte. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, compresa la stazione ferroviaria, che vi permetterà di visitare il resto della Toscana o di esplorare l'intero paese.
L'ingresso è in comune con l'appartamento chiamato Anselmi ed è la porta blindata sulla destra. Medici (148 mq) ha 3 camere da letto , può ospitare fino a 7 persone e ha 2 bagni . Entrando si è accolti dal corridoio che a sua volta dà accesso alle due camere da letto e spaziose munita di armadio a muro. L'ultima camera è anche vicina al primo bagno completo di doccia. Il corridoio porta infine anche al salotto, alla sala da pranzo entrambi spaziosi e luminosi.
La camera matrimoniale padronale ha bagno ensuite con doppi lavandini e un localino con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Sia dalla cucina, salotto e dalla camera matrimoniale si vede l’imponente e meravigliosa cupola del Duomo.
Riscaldamento: autonomo.
Aria condizionata: uno split in cucina, uno in salotto e uno in ogni camera da letto.

Both apartments are perfect for a family or a group of friends who wish to visit Florence on foot and get to know its beautiful museums and art. Everything is within walking distance, including the railway station, which will allow you to visit the rest of Tuscany or to explore the whole country.
The entrance is shared with the apartment called Anselmi. Medici (148 sqm / 1593 sq.ft) has 3 bedrooms , can accommodate up to 7 people and 2 bathrooms .
Upon entering you will discover the hallway that will lead you to the first 2 bedrooms that are really spacious, well furbished and one of those also has a built-in wardrobe. One of the 2 bedrooms is near the first bathroom complete with shower. The hallway also leads to the living room and the dining room both spacious and bright.
The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, provided with two sinks, and a little place with a washer and dryer.
If you look through the windows of the kitchen, the living room or the master bedroom you will admire the wonderful dome of the Duomo.
