Looking for male subleaser. I'm studying abroad in the Fall and offering my private furnished bedroom and attached bathroom in a modern townhouse within 5 minute walking distance to Cal Poly. Room is available between July and December 2024. You can move in mid-June and stay for free til July 1st. My room has its own private patio! The house includes a washer/dryer and 3 other guy roommates are seniors/grad student. All very friendly and chill. You'll have the place pretty much to yourself over the summer! Sorry, no pets.
