The loft is part of a small three-floor industrial building. It used to be a tattoo studio and was transformed recently into an apartment maintaining the industrial aesthetic. Open design. The loft can accommodate up to 3 people, providing a double bed and a single sofa bed.

Ideal for an easy commute by metro or on foot to other areas of the centre of Athens. It is a 5-minute walk from the central square of Gazi where the metro is located (blue line), only one stop from Monastiraki and two stops from Syntagma. Thisseio and Monastiraki are a short walk away on foot. Due to the surrounding nightlife, restaurants and cultural activities, it is very safe but located in a small quiet street to avoid weekend nightlife noise.
There is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot and a shop with biological food and products.
