This is a cozy furnished apartment in a quiet side street at the Hofgarten. The rent includes Wi-Fi and weekly basic cleaning as well as towel/bed linen change (every 14 days). Washing machines and dryers are located in the house and are also included.
The apartment is within walking distance of Königsallee and the old town. Numerous supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. It is about 50 m to the subway station in the direction of the main station or trade fair.
