The living environment is one of the best in Dortmund. Close to Westfalenpark and Phönixsee. Free parking spaces available on the surrounding streets. The apartment is on a main street, but you don't notice it in the apartment.
The windows have sound and sun protection, so that it does not get too warm in the apartment even at high temperatures.
