Fully equipped including a fully automatic coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed internet and cable TV.
Parking available in the street in front of the house free or charge.
Smoking / grill and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Minimal rent length: 30 days / 1 month
Please note that to sign the lease agreement for Portuguese authorities the tenant will need to get a Tax ID number in Portugal (Número de Identificação Fiscal (NIF)) which is a 10 to 20 min process and can be done on arrival. Tenants from Non-EU countries will need to get a tax representative resident in Portugal to be able to get a Tax ID number (NIF). Please contact me if you have any questions.
