The apartment has a total area of ​​70 m2 and the offered room is 16 m2. There are two rooms for rent. I am living for longterm in one of them. There is a shared entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen with pantry and a large terrace of 21 m2. Half of all storage spaces are available.
The rented room has a large built-in wardrobe and a 180 cm bed with bedding.
In the kitchen there are available dishes, a coffee maker, a mixer, a washing machine, an iron, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, etc. The terrace can be used at any time for relaxing on lounger with parasol or taking brunch or dinner.
Monthly rent includes all costs: utilities, electricity and high speed wifi.
