Home gym with treadmill, smith/cable machine and weights which don’t get as much use as they should. Plenty of storage in the villa to avoid bedroom clutter.

Excellent Wi-Fi coverage and a cleaner that comes once every 2 weeks. Rooftop BBQ and seating area available when it’s not too hot.

Convenience store 4 minute walk away.

Large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony is 4600 QAR per month.

Second smaller bedroom with connected bathroom is 3200 QAR per month.

• Airport 15 minutes
• West Bay 20 minutes
• Villaggio mall 20 minutes

1 month deposit with no contract required but prefer medium to long term occupancy.
