It is located on the ground floor but facing the quiet backyard of the property. In 400m walking distance to the U6 stop “Volksoper” and in 600m the U4 stop “Friedensbrücke” which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes. Also the tram line 1 along the ring and lots of bus stations are super close by. If you are planning to get a bike, there is also a space for it on the property.
