This charming 18th-century riding stable is located in the old town of Oberdorfelden.
The residential building and the adjacent stables and depots on both sides together with the barn form a self-contained, listed ensemble (four-sided courtyard) with privacy.

You enter the property via the courtyard gate and then you reach the mezzanine floor via an outside staircase in the courtyard.

The part of the house that is available for rent extends over the ground floor (mezzanine floor) and the upper floor, for up to 6 people. The spacious, secluded courtyard can be used.

On the ground floor are the cloakroom and an adjacent toilet, the kitchen, spatially connected to the living/dining room and a utility room.
A period oak staircase leads to the first floor. Here are 3 rooms, each with a good 20m², as well as the spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The house was extensively renovated in 2006 and recently renovated (first occupancy after renovation).
As part of the renovation, high-quality materials were used (oak floorboards almost throughout the house, branded sanitary products in the bathroom and toilet) and biological building materials (clay, lime, travertine, wood).
The refurbishment was carried out with great sensitivity and attention to detail and the original character of the ensemble was largely preserved. In separate advertisements we offer the rental of the ground floor and upper floor for up to 4 people, as well as the rental of the house including the attic, either for up to 6 or up to 8 people. If the ground floor and upper floor were rented according to this advertisement, the attic remains unused. There are then no other residents in the house.

Own furniture can also be set up if desired in consultation.
