Old historical building with hand-painted wooden ceilings. Super safe area - police right across the street, security check by the US embassy, cameras. A personal note: I prefer medium to long term stays. Past tenants stayed for 2-3 months in average which is ideal. Calendar of availability is closed since November but write me, in fact flat is available especially for longer stays, digital nomads, remote workers etc.
