The open and fully fitted kitchenette provides a glass ceramic stove, microwave, coffee maker as well as pots, pans and crockery. The bathroom with a shower is equipped with hand towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The exclusive furniture and designer lamps give the apartment that certain something. The rental price includes all ancillary costs as well as a broad array of additional services: WiFi, weekly cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels. Final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. Tenants can use washing machines and dryers in the laundry room free of charge. For a supplementary fee and depending on availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry service or extra cleaning can be provided.
