Pricing Information:
Included in the price are utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.

Not included in the price are the tourist tax (€4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights), and utilities such as water, electricity, and gas (for rentals over 30 days) if exceeding €70.00.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.

A security deposit is required, with varying amounts depending on the length of stay.
