The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed next to the window and its nice view over the neighborhood and the Tagus. The living room also has Air Conditioner and 1GB of Internet speed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and a filter coffee maker.

￫ Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. This circumstance is out of our control and happens very rarely, but is a possibility when the river tide changes.
￫ Construction work is taking place on the 2nd floor of the building.
￫ As of January 2, the facade of the building will be washed, so we advise you to have your blinds and windows closed to prevent water from getting inside the apartment.
