On the 4th floor of the building there is a beautiful garden with a playground for children. The neighboring area is also well developed, with many shopping and dining options on the nearby streets. The nearest green space, Poliński Park, is a 10-minute walk from the shopping center. The location can be a great starting point for exploring the rest of Warsaw, thanks to easy access to other districts. The Wiatraczna roundabout - an important transport hub - is 220 m from the apartment. The city center and the old town can be reached directly by public transport in 25 minutes without having to change.
