There are television, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker (capsules and electric), juicer, kitchenware and sheets at your disposal, as well as central heating in winter season.

The neighborhood offers multiple services:
* supermarket,
* 2 nearby parks,
* different bus lines that run through the city, although by walking you can reach any point of interest in a very short time: in 20 minutes to the different beaches of Gijón (San Lorenzo and Poniente) and the nightlife area , in 15 minutes to the train and bus station...
If you want to get around by car, the area has free parking (white zone) and 500 meters away there is a public parking lot at a very good price (€2.40/day). .

We offer flexibility in both check-in and checkout according to availability.

In addition, we will be happy to give you any recommendations you need: tourist visits, restaurants and entertainment venues that will make you enjoy your stay in the city. Gijón is full of gems that are waiting for you to explore!

The apartment is located in a quiet building, where you enjoy a complete home for yourself and where we will ask you to respect the rest of the neighbors, especially when moving around the common areas and after 11:00 p.m.
Other notable aspects:
Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed.

Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
