It is fully equipped with all the details and is perfect for people who move to Madrid temporarily for work or who simply want to enjoy the city for a longer season than a short vacation.

The apartment is composed of a large living room, a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, a single bedroom with 2 beds and a desk, kitchen and a second toilet. Located in the 6th floor of the building, it has lots of lights and excellent windows that isolate the flat from noise.

This bedroom has also a desk for work or study.* A second bathroom* Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large capacity fridge, microwave, oven and full kitchen utensils.There is a parking available, but only suitable for small cars, so in case you are interested in using it please check beforehand the size of your vehicle.
The reception and delivery of the keys outside office hours (from 6:30 p.m.) is carried out by means of a transfer organized with our trusted taxi drivers and subject to a payment of 35 euros.

The Madrid Rio area is between the Arganzuela residential area and the up and coming Usera neighbourhood. The street is just adjacent to the river, full with shops and bars, with an authentic madrilenian touch. One block away there is the mall Madrid Río 2, with all the shops you can imagine and across the river you have the cultural hub Matadero, with a cinema, a theater and temporary exhibits. Walking from the flat to SOL should take no more than 30 minutes, and with 2 metro lines closeby, you'll have access to anywhere in the city in a short while.
