Decorated in a modern, sober and sophisticated style, all spaces were carefully used in a harmonious way and with a superior level of comfort.

You have at your disposal a very well equipped kitchenette, living and dining room, three bedrooms (one is a suite, bathroom with bathtub) and a second bathroom with shower.

The apartment is fully prepared with towels, sheets, heating, air conditioning, dishwashers and clothes, cable TV and internet.

Rua Augusta Collection - Classica has a maximum capacity for 6 guests.

The water and power bills are included in the month´s rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
