Spanning 82 square meters (883 square feet), the apartment boasts a rustic decor and comprises two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Upon entering, you'll find a bathroom to the right, equipped with a shower and washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides access to the small terrace, furnished with a breakfast table and cabinet.

To the left of the entrance, you'll find the first bedroom with a non-divisible double bed (160 cm wide), followed by a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and TV. Continuing along the left side, you'll encounter the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm wide each). Both bedrooms overlook Borgo la Croce.

The apartment features independent heating and air conditioning, with five splits distributed throughout the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and each bedroom. Small pets are permitted (double deposit + €120.00 cleaning fee payable locally).

Not included: Tourist tax (€4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, applicable to guests aged 12 and above), utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and internet.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.

Security deposit: For rentals exceeding 29 nights, a €1000.00 deposit is required before check-in.
