Tiene un salón/comedor equipado con dos sofás, TV plana, mesa y sillas. La cocina está eequipada con 2 neveras, horno, vitrocerámica, 2 lavadoras y microondas. Es perfecto para jóvenes estudiantes o trabajadores que quieran tener una agradable estancia en Madrid, y disfrutar de todo lo que esta zona tiene que ofrecer. Está muy bien conectada gracias a la estación de Atocha.
