The atmosphere in the apartment is very peaceful, respectful, and pleasant. Location: near Badal metro station (L5, blue line). Sants train station is just a few minutes away.

The building has an elevator. You'll have high-speed WIFI (1GB fiber). Expenses included up to €40/month per person. More than enough for responsible consumption (water, electricity, gas, internet, maintenance, and cleaning of common areas).

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: respectful, clean, and quiet individuals. No drug consumption, weed, or similar substances allowed, and no parties.

La finca tiene ascensor, Dispones de WIFI de alta velocidad (Fibra 1GB). Gastos incluídos hasta 40€/mes por persona. Más que suficiente en un consumo responsable. (agua, luz, gas,internet, comunidad y limpieza de zonas comunes).
