At Zuidplein is a very large metro and bus station, which makes public transport facilities very good. Do you own a car? Then you can easily park in front of the door. Zuidplein and Ahoy are the bustling center of Rotterdam South. In Zuidplein you will find many shops of major fashion labels, but also various supermarkets and restaurants. A cinema will be built at Ahoy in the short term. Next to Zuidplein and Ahoy is the Zuiderpark, where it is wonderful to stay in the summer. By public transport you are within 20 to 30 minutes at various universities of applied sciences and the Erasmus MC.

You reach the first floor via a central staircase. You will enter the relevant room on the left. This room is located at the front. The entire room has been recently renovated and equipped with its own new kitchen and new bathroom with walk-in shower. The high and wide windows provide plenty of light. Financial:

- Deposit: Skip deposit service is mandatory: €150 fee + 5% of 3 times the monthly rent (+ municipal taxes if applicable) paid before move in. This is not refundable.
