Apartment is located in a good and quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk to the subway stations Hügel Straße (U1, U2, U3, U8). REWE, Penny and Nahkauf are located within a few minutes walk for shopping. Numerous gastronomic offers are also within walking distance. Overall, the apartment is very centrally located, but still traffic-calmed.
