Exterior flat with three (3) bedrooms and 110sqm area, very central and with lots of natural light, with 3 balconies overlooking a main street. One of the bedrooms is exterior with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, the other two bedrooms share bathroom, one has dressing room and the other has wardrobe furniture.
Heating by radiators, air conditioning split machines in the living room and in two bedrooms. In addition to a spacious living-dining room with TV, there is a separate kitchen and a wardrobe at the entrance. The flat is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is right in the centre of Madrid, just a few metres from the Plaza Mayor. Despite being in the heart of the city, it is a quiet flat in a secure building, with a concierge during working hours.

It is forbidden to smoke, to host parties and to make noise or play music that transcends from the flat. The flat is located in a community with other flats, so respect for other residents is essential.
