At 1 minute from home there are bakeries, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and typical grocery stores, as well as the wonderful Avelar Brotero Garden and its kiosk. A 5-minute walk away has one of the most beautiful views over the Tagus River, at the Miradouro de Santo Amaro. In a 10-minute walk away is the LX Factory, a hub of restaurants, portuguese brand stores and co-working space. Less than 15 minutes away is the Passeio Carlos do Carmo to walk, or go for a run, alongside the Tagus River.
