The property is designed for young professionals or responsible students who want a place close to the university environment to rent for a few days, months or during the course. It is not an apartment for parties or meetings with many guests, since the shared spaces are intended for studies or work meetings as if it were a coworking. Each room has its own TV and workplace.
The room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment will be furnished with all the basics.
If you do not want the second bed because you need more space, we can remove it from the room without problems or if you prefer a large bed we can join them and put a 180 cm bed mattress top. In the event that it is rented for two people, the price increases by 50 euros.
