This spacious and bright apartment offers ample accommodation for up to eight people in the Tuscolano neighborhood, just minutes away from the San Giovanni area. With the Furio Camillo subway stop (line A) only 450 meters away, guests can easily reach the historic center and all the important sights in just a few stops.

Covering an expansive 145 square meters, this apartment comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Situated on the sixth floor with an elevator, the apartment has been recently renovated to ensure a comfortable stay.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by an entrance with a spacious hallway, divided by a glass door. To the right of the hallway are the first bedroom, kitchen, second bathroom, and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the left side are two more bedrooms and the living room, with a storage room located at the end of the hallway.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV corner, and an extendable dining table for six people. Guests can access the balcony from the living room, which overlooks via Tuscolana.

The first bedroom features a single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe, while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (which can be combined into a double bed), along with bedside tables, wardrobes, and desks with chairs. The master bedroom boasts a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and armchairs.

The en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom includes a bathtub, while the second bathroom features a shower cabin. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and all necessary cutlery and crockery for eight people. Additionally, there is a counter with three stools for breakfast, and a small balcony where the washing machine is placed.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.

Cleaning costs, both initial and final, are included, as well as bills up to 70,00€.
