I live in a beautiful duplex, Schiltigheim/Strasbourg 85m2 , 2 toilets, 2 balconys 6 m2 each , quiet and nice neighborhood, about 10 minutes by foot to European parliament, conseil de l'europe, or 12 minutes by tram to go to centre ville, if you like to walk it is only 35 minutes by foot . I'm from Brazil, but I live in Strasbourg since 2010 , I got French nationality, and I bought this apartment, so I pay to the bank yet . About me , I work a lot , I'm housekeeper manager, I love animals, I'm 90 % vegetarian, one day I will be 100% , :-)) , I have a cat , so , I'm looking for someone, who loves animals, and I prefer someone who doesn't smoke, the room has 14 m2 , with air conditioning , if you have some questions, I'm free to answer, I rent the room about 2 years , for all nationality, between 3 a 6 months only ...
