The apartment, bright and renovated in 2018, is located on the first floor of an ancient building. From here you can easily get to the other points of interest in the city: Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza del Duomo, Santa Croce, Santa Maria Novella and many others, in less than 5-10 minutes. The railway station is also at the same distance, while the airport can be reached by ta(hidden) shuttle bus in about 20 minutes
The 70 sq m house is furnished with taste and refinement, with new and antique furniture, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and 49" smart TV, a bedroom with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed.
Possibility to remodel or increase the furniture according to particular needs.
A small convenient storage room where the washer dryer is located.

Da qui potrai facilmente arrivare agli altri punti di interesse della città: Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza del Duomo, Santa Croce, Santa Maria Novella e molti altri, in meno di 5-10 minuti.
