la habitación consta de una cama doble (en la foto se ve una cama individual), amplio armario, estantería, escritorio con silla, espejo y aire acondicionado.
el piso consta de 3 habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada y un baño completo.
situado en calle de gaztambide 7, a escasos pasos de metro argüelles (líneas 4, 7 y 6), junto las universidades icade, comillas, nebrija, corte inglés princesa, a una parada de moncloa, dos de ciudad universitaria etc.
el precio incluye todos los gastos y es válido hasta el 31 de agosto. a partir del 1 de septiembre 560€ (gastos incluidos). se pide un mes de fianza y uno de honorarios.
rental conditions:

the platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. in case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
