It is an apartment with a living room, a separate kitchen and two bedrooms. One room is inside a stairwell with two single beds and the other is furnished with a double bed. The place is on the third floor in a building without elevator.

Located on a pedestrian street in the center of Villaviciosa, the main artery of the town, with multiple shops and services.
Perfect location for walking through the city center or for getting around Asturias. A few meters from the apartment there is a free parking area.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
