Deluxe Room - City Park
We operate with strict rental periods as follows:
May 1st - August 31st
June 1st - August 31st
September 1st - May 31st
September 1st - August 31st
For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year.
If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking.
Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied.
Room: Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 50" Smart TV, and a streaming device. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. Building and Neighborhood: Nestled in the heart of New Orleans, our City Park apartments offer residents a perfect blend of urban luxuries and abundant work and leisure opportunities. Boasting a fully-equipped fitness center, business center, yoga/Pilates room, movie screening room with surround sound, complimentary kayak access to the nearby bayou, a game room, Wi-Fi lounge, gazebo, and a courtyard saltwater swimming pool, our community provides modern amenities and spacious rooms filled with natural light. A casual stroll around the neighborhood reveals easy access to the vibrant French Quarter, Downtown, Uptown, Lakefront, and the iconic New Orleans Museum of Art.
