My name is Carmen and I am from Murcia. I am a retired person and a non-smoker. I understand a little French and Arabic. I have rented rooms several times and I always enjoy the company of students: American, Canadian, Malaysian, Argentine, German, etc. If you want to learn Spanish I am always ready for a good cup of tea :)

I have a four-bedroom apartment in the center of Murcia. I live alone and I rent two rooms to student girls. Therefore a room is always empty. The apartment has two toilets, one for me and the other to share (completely renovated) between the two student girls who rent the 2 rooms.

I would like to rent for four months (exchange period at the University of Murcia) although everything is negotiable.
Electricity and gas is not included in the rent, which is usually between 10 and 15 euros per month.
