Habitación en piso para una sola persona con baño privado. Doble espacio tipo estudio / workcenter de 20m2, lo cual es muy espacioso considerando el tamaño de una habitación normal.
Te permitirá gran independencia ya que queda lejos del otro habitante del piso.
En el area de la cocina tienes libertad para usar nevera, microondas, horno. El calentador de agua queda a medio piso. El espacio es muy luminoso y amplio gracias a las grandes ventanas con las que cuenta el apartamento. El baño dispone de una bañera para un baño relajante y con una lavadora que podrás usar sin problemas.
Ubicado en una zona muy acogedora de Barcelona, muy cerca de la catedral de Sagrada Familia y el recinto Modernista Hospital Sant Pau. La zona cuenta con restaurantes y bares, sin embargo, es una zona silenciosa y calmada durante las noches. También hay equipamientos culturales y cívicos, biblioteca pública y gimnasio

Single occupancy room with private bathroom. Double studio / workcenter space of 20m2, which is very spacious considering the size of a normal room.
It will allow you a lot of independence as it is far away from the other inhabitant of the flat.
In the kitchen area you are free to use fridge, microwave, oven. The water heater is in the middle of the floor. The space is very bright and spacious thanks to the large windows in the flat. The bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing bath and a washing machine that you can use without any problems.
Located in a very cosy area of Barcelona, very close to the Sagrada Familia cathedral and the Modernist Hospital Sant Pau. The area has restaurants and bars, however, it is a quiet and calm area during the nights. There are also cultural and civic facilities, public library and gym.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that the flat does not have a balcony or terrace and you will be in the company of 2 cats in the common areas.

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.
2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.
3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.
4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
5- ✨ Important: There is an additional fee which is calculated depending on the number of months of your reservation. The value shown in the Rent Summary as "Other", is the monthly value from the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation. The total amount of the Administrative Fee must be paid at the time of check-in.
As an Example: If the there is written other: 100 euros/monthly, and your booking is for 3 months, then the fee would be 300 euros and must be paid at the check in.
6- Pets are allowed for 15 € per day or 150 € per month.
7- If the flat is not left in a minimally decent condition on the day of departure (which is at 10am), a cleaning supplement will be charged.

8.-Arrival policy:
Monday to Friday:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Free
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros
Weekends and public holidays
15:00 - 21:00: €30
9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros
For arrivals after 23:00, please ask the rates are different.
IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.
** From 22:00 to 8:00 you have to be quiet. No parties are allowed. If the police come to the flat or the neighbours call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the flat and/or have to pay a fine.

Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:
1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.
2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.
3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.
4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.
5- Importante: El coste adicional solicitado de tasa administrativa debe ser pagado durante el check in; Dependerá del total de meses que vaya a alquilar, en la descripción muestra el importe equivalente a un mes de estancia. Consultarnos si tienes dudas.
6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes.

Para llegadas después de las 23:00, por favor pregunte las tarifas son diferentes.
IMPORTANTE:
Es posible alquilar un mínimo de 32 noches por ley de alquiler de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.
** De 22:00 a 8:00 hay que guardar silencio. No se permiten fiestas. Si la policía viene al piso o los vecinos llaman al Gobierno/Policía, serás desalojado del piso y/o tendrás que pagar una multa.
