Elegante y práctico apartamento dúplex es perfecto para grupos que busquen alojamiento a largo plazo en el centro cultural de Barcelona.
Desde la entrada, el pasillo conduce a 2 de las habitaciones: una con dos cómodas camas individuales, y la otra con una amplia cama doble, y al baño con ducha, completamente reformado en elegantes tonos blanco y marrón oscuro. La primera planta se completa con la cocina, con su bonita encimera de granito, perfectamente integrada en la sala de estar con mesa 4 sillas. Desde la cocina, una escalera da acceso a un loft con 2 camas individuales y vistas a esta misma sala de estar. El apartamento ofrece un pequeño balcón privado y una terraza comunitaria, equipada una mesa y acogedores bancos de madera.
El apartamento está situado en el pintoresco barrio del Born, a pocos pasos del Arc del Triomf, la Ciutadella, el Museo de Picasso y magníficas plazas en los alrededores una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes, incluyendo Picnic, famoso por su exquisito brunch. El mercado de Santa Caterina es de visita obligada para los que prefieren comprar alimentos frescos y cocinar en casa. También estarás muy bien comunicado, con numerosas paradas de autobús y la estación de metro de Jaume I a pocos pasos del apartamento.

Elegant and practical duplex flat is perfect for groups looking for long term accommodation in the cultural centre of Barcelona.
From the entrance, the hallway leads to 2 of the bedrooms: one with two comfortable single beds, and the other with a large double bed, and to the bathroom with shower, completely refurbished in elegant white and dark brown tones. The first floor is completed by the kitchen, with its beautiful granite worktop, perfectly integrated in the living room with table and chairs. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to a loft with 2 single beds overlooking the living room. The flat offers a small private balcony and a communal terrace, equipped with a table and cosy wooden benches.
The flat is located in the picturesque Born district, a short walk from the Arc del Triomf, the Ciutadella, the Picasso Museum and magnificent squares in the surrounding area with a variety of shops and restaurants, including Picnic, famous for its exquisite brunch. Santa Caterina market is a must for those who prefer to buy fresh food and cook at home. You will also be very well connected, with numerous bus stops and the Jaume I metro station just a short walk from the flat.

Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:
1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.
2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.
3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.
4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.
5- El coste extra solicitado forma parte de Otros Gastos del Arrendador debe ser pagado en el check in: tasa administrativa
6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes.
7- Si el piso no se deja en condiciones mínimamente decentes el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana), se cobrará un suplemento de limpieza.
8.- Hay un sistema de alarma en la propiedad. No registra ni graba nada. Es de la marca SECURITAS.

18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros
Fines de semana y festivos
15:00 - 21:00: €30
21:00 h. - 23:00 h.: 50 euros
Para llegadas después de las 23:00, consulte las tarifas son diferentes.
IMPORTANTE:
Es posible rentar un mínimo de 32 noches por ley de arrendamiento de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.
** De 22:00 a 8:00 hay que guardar silencio. No se permiten fiestas. Si la policía viene al piso o los vecinos llaman al Gobierno/Policía, serás desalojado del piso y/o tendrás que pagar una multa.

Instructions and house rules here:
1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.
2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.
3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.
4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
5- The extra cost requested is part of Landlord's Other Fee must be paid at check while check in: administrative fee
6- Pets are allowed for 15 € per day or 150 € per month.
7- If the flat is not left in a minimally decent condition on the day of departure (which is at 10am), a cleaning supplement will be charged.
8.- There is an alarm system in the property. It does not register or record anything. It is SECURITAS brand.

IMPORTANT:
