Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes housekeeping, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, drying machine, iron, dishwasher, and more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us.
All electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises. The flat has 3 bathrooms (2 with shower), 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 7 bedrooms.

You can take the metro (Fontana, Lesseps, or Diagonal stops), but walking is also a nice option–the Gothic Quarter is a 30-minute walk down the grand Passeig de Gracia, and the beach at Barceloneta is 50 minutes away with lots to see along the way.
