The price includes WIFI, community, taxes and fees.

For bookings shorter than 9 months, additional cost of 65€/month needs to be payed to Landlord due to short stay.

The apartment is is located next to the Faculty of Medicine (Campus Macarena), Faculties of Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dentistry and Podiatry, School of Engineering (ESI) and the Faculty of Communication on the La Cartuja Campus of the University of Seville (US), Pablo de Olavide (UPO), CEADE, San Isidoro, Loyola, ESIC, Universidad Internacional de Andalucia (UNIA).

It is located near the Center of Seville, in Pio XII and Avenida de Cruz Roja and also very close to the Alameda and the river.

The apartment is exterior and very bright. It is equipped with air conditioning and the kitchen is equipped with a 2 meter Balay refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob and sink as well as a nice table with white wooden chairs. The water heater is electric. There is no gas.
