Las reservas a partir de septiembre serán por un mínimo de 10 meses.
En caso de hacer una reserva en julio o agosto por más de dos meses, solo se aceptaran aquellas que abarquen hasta junio de 2024.

Periodo septiembre - junio: Edad: 18 - 24 años
Periodo julio y agosto: Edad: 18 - sin límite. Estancia mínima: 30 días.

IMPORTANT
Bookings for one or two months will only be accepted in July and August.
Reservations from September onwards will be for a minimum of 10 months.
If you make a booking in July or August for more than two months, only bookings up to June 2024 will be accepted.
FLAT EXCLUSIVELY FOR STUDENTS
Period September - June: Age: 18 - 24 years old.
July and August: Age: 18 - no limit. Minimum stay: 30 days.
If the booking starts in September, the preferential stay is 10 months.
OPTIONAL CLEANING SERVICE OF THE BEDROOM:
- Weekly: 40€/month
- Fortnightly: 22€/month
- Monthly: 13€/month
- Extraordinary one-time cleaning: 25€ (one-time payment)
Please be advised that:
- Stays from 1 to 3 months: + 10%.
- Stays from 3 to 6 months: + 5%.
30 euros of consumption for all, if at the end of the contract there is a surplus, the difference will be paid by the tenant. If consumption is less, the difference will be refunded.

Los Remedios is a modern neighbourhood in the western part of the city, on the other side of the river and bordering Triana. It is a residential, commercial and leisure area, next to the city centre and well connected by bus and metro. If you are going to study at the Polytechnic School or the Rectorate, you can walk there in just five minutes. And if you are going to the Viapol Campus and UPO, the option is unbeatable as you will be next to the metro station. It also has easy connections with the Cartuja Campus in Seville via the circular bus line.
It is currently considered one of the most elegant and affluent neighbourhoods in the city, offering a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay in Seville.

Accommodation

Food
As an optional service,we cook your personalized menu every day. You will enjoy a rich and healthy diet. We prepare your menu daily from Monday to Thursday and send it to your home. The menu consists of a first and second course, bread and dessert. We offer several menu options, from which you can select the dishes you like the most, including vegan/vegetarian dishes every day. The food we use for our dishes comes from local and reliable suppliers. We do not use frozen or precooked food.
Menu from Monday to Thursday: 100 €/month
Menu from Monday to Friday: 132 €/month
Cleaning and maintenance
We keep the house clean and take care of any possible incidents, so that you can live in the best conditions.
-We clean the communal areas of the property twice a week.
-We attend to and resolve any breakdowns and incidents that may arise in your home.
In addition, high speed internet in all the flats, included in the price.
