Our service includes: room rental + 2 weekly cleanings + maintenance + internet + taxes.
Utility costs: 35€ / month.
Adm fee: 150€. We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit, reducing the burden of expenses that each tenant must assume when making a reservation.
We have added a new service that all our tenants will benefit from: liability insurance, which will protect them against damages they may cause to the property, neighbourhood, and block of the property, as well as third parties. This insurance will be effective for all reservations starting from 01/09/2024
24/7 attention through our flat manager so you can dedicate yourself to studying and enjoying your stay.
