Our apartment is located in the historic center of Malaga, it is the perfect place to visit the city comfortably. It is perfect for a group of up to 3 people.
It is a third floor, and there is no elevator in the building, this is very common in buildings in the historic center of the city.
The apartment is 55m2, bright and spacious, with air conditioning to cool in summer and warm in winter.
There are two rooms, one room is for two people, it has a double bed, big closets and it is very spacious.
The second room is a single room.
In the living room there is a big sofa. The living room is very comfortable for 3 people to be together and enjoy a relaxing afternoon, there is a TV and high-speed internet connection.
The dining room has an equipped American kitchen, perfect for preparing dinners and breakfasts with a bar and stools so that all guests can be together at mealtimes.
The bathroom with a comfortable shower is large and has storage space, the washing machine is in the bathroom.
Being located in the center, in the same street there are different places to taste tapas, have drinks and have a great time. In all the surrounding streets you will find the most interesting places that offer a unique gastronomy.
When you go to visit the most important places in the city, you will be able to walk because when you are in the historic center, everything will be very close.
It is the perfect place to spend a few days off in Malaga, to be able to visit the city comfortably and enjoy everything that this fantastic city can offer you.
Entry is via electronic lock.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
We are committed to quality tourism.
TERMS:
- You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills.
- The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
-The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
- Internet is included in the rental price
-Sheets and towels are included.
- At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
- If the keys are lost, you will have to pay a replacement fee of €100
- If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit
- Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month
- It is an essential condition that they comply with the rules of the neighborhood community, do not make noise at night and do not disturb the neighbors. If you misbehave and we receive complaints from the police or neighbors, we will be forced to expel you from the accommodation.
