The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a residential building with a very family atmosphere. It is ideal for families and groups of friends. It is also very suitable for business trips and corporate travelers, with easy access to Lisbon International Airport (just 10 minutes!)
→ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, one has a double bed and two have two single beds (convertible to a double bed). All equipped with air conditioning.
→ Bathroom
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one social (no shower).
→ Living Room
The living room is naturally lit and has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a cozy sofa and a dining area with table for 6.
→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and microwave.

→ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
