- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, you will be charged a fee of 15€.
- Check-outs end at 11am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.
- Important to know: the city of Porto is adapting itself for the greater comfort of our tourists, and at this moment, in this location there is a construction in progress (expansion of the subway line).
- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.
- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).
- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.

The apartment is located in Clérigos, right in front of the Clérigos Tower, one of the most famous and visited tourist spots in the city.
THE GREAT LOCATION of the apartment makes it possible to visit almost all the ATTRACTIONS of the city on foot. Here, you will be LOCATED very close to RESTAURANTS, TRANSPORTATION AND TRADITIONAL COMMERCE SHOPS.
In a small area, you can come into contact with a mix of CULTURES, thanks to the diversity of trade in the area and specialized stores.
Within a radius of 5 km you can visit the historic and centenary LIVRARIA LELLO and one of the most BEAUTIFUL Mc Donald's in the WORLD, located in an old bank, on Avenida dos ALIADOS. If you want to explore further, stop at the famous BENTO STATION, once a Convent, where you can catch a tourist train and discover the beautiful LANDSCAPES on the banks of the Douro River
To drink cocktails with your travel companions, you can go to the most famous streets in BOHEMIA, the Galerias de Paris, which get LIFE after 11pm. It has several BARS of different styles, so you can try each one, from fado, pop, rock and 80's.
Getting around
If you are taking public transportations, just take the metro and leave at station São Bento. From there is only around 5 min walking to the apartment.
