Il palazzo è completamente rinnovato e, grazie all'ascensore, si può accedere a tre appartamenti:

Terme Studio: situato al secondo piano.
Monolocale molto silenzioso perché affacciato su una piacevole corte interna ed è arredato ponendo cura ad ogni dettaglio.
Ideale per una coppia, per soggiorni di breve periodo, per un soggiorno romantico in una della culle dell'arte.

Terme Suite: situato al secondo piano.
Appartamento moderno ed accattivante situato a Firenze in zona Duomo. Ideale per affitti di breve periodo. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ha 1 camera da letto e 2 bagni completi.

Terme Terrace: situato al terzo piano.
Appartamento moderno, grazioso e dotato di terrazza ottima per il relax. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ha 2 camera da letto e 2 bagni completi.
Situato al terzo piano, con ascensore, di un palazzo collocato in via delle Terme.

Appartamento con in stile moderno (40 mq) può ospitare fino a 2 persone ed ha 1 bagno. All'ingresso, troverete un unico ambiente che racchiude il luminoso soggiorno con divano letto (160 cm), l’area pranzo e la cucina completamente attrezzata. Questo monolocale si completa con un bagno con doccia e un comodo armadio. I pavimenti sono in cotto ed il soffitto è a cassettoni. Tutto l'arredo è molto originale e renderà sicuramente il vostro soggiorno speciale.
Riscaldamento: autonomo.
Aria condizionata: uno split nel monolocale.

The building is completely renovated and, thanks to the lift, you can access three apartments:

Terme Studio: located on the second floor.
Very quiet studio apartment since it overlooks a pleasant internal courtyard and it is furnished with attention to every detail.
Ideal for a couple, for short-term stays, for a romantic stay in one of the cradles of art.

Terme Suite: located on the second floor.
Modern and captivating apartment located in Florence in the Duomo area. Ideal for short term rentals. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.

Terme Terrace: located on the third floor.
Modern, charming apartment with terrace that is perfect for relaxing. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Located on the third floor, with lift, of a building located in via delle Terme.

The studio apartment (40 sq.mt. /430 sq.ft.) can sleep up to 2 people and has 1 full bathroom. From the entrance, there is a unique and bright living room with pull out couch, dining area, and fully furnished kitchen. Then there is the bathroom with shower and closet. It is furnished in a very original manner, with terra cotta floors.

Air conditioning: one split in the studio.
