Bellissimo monolocale, più spazioso delle camere d'albergo, elegantemente arredato e corredato, con tutti i comfort più un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Lenzuola in cotone di alta qualità, cuscini in piuma e piumone e guardaroba generoso. WiFi, TV digitale terrestre (copertura satellitare opzionale) e lettore DVD. L'angolo cottura è dotato di doppio fornello, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane con pentole, utensili da cucina, stoviglie, bicchieri, utensili e un tavolo con sedie. Inoltre, riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro a vapore. Il bagno è dotato di box doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo con specchio e prese elettriche per rasoio e asciugacapelli.
L'affitto mensile comprende Wi-Fi gratuito ove disponibile, utenze di acqua e gas e fino a 100 euro di consumo di energia elettrica fatturati a 1 euro/kWh. Le spese di amministrazione del contratto ammontano a 300 euro una tantum + 2% dell'affitto, che includono anche la pulizia iniziale e finale. Per soggiorni fino a 30 notti verrà richiesta la city tax di €42 per ogni adulto.

Beautiful Studio apartment, more spacious than hotel rooms, elegantly furnished and equipped, with all amenities plus a double bed and a sofa bed. High quality cotton linens, down pillows and duvet and generous wardrobe. WiFi, digital terrestrial TV (satellite coverage optional) and DVD player. The kitchenette has double stove, microwave, kettle, toaster with pots, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, utensils and a table with chairs. Also, central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, steam iron & ironing board. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, WC, bidet, washbasin with mirror and electric shaver points and hairdryer.
The monthly rent includes free WiFi where available, utilities of water and gas and up to 100 euros of electricity consumption billed at 1 euro/kWh. There is a one-time contract registration fee of 300 euros + 2% of the rent to be paid, which also includes initial and final cleaning. For stays up to 30 nights, a city tax of €42 per adult will be requested.
