Restyled at the beginning of 2017, this large studio apartment is located between the Sant’Agostino (green line) and Conciliazione (red line) metro stops. This studio of about 45 sq. mt. is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), and is very bright and quiet, thanks to the double glazed windows. The apartment opens onto an entrance area that includes a spacious wardrobe and a sofa bed. The entrance is connected to the living area which includes a round table for 4 guests, an armchair, a double bed, a TV area, and a study table. A wooden sliding door separates the living area from the kitchen which is equipped with a microwave, utensils and flatware. The apartment also includes a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The flooring is in marble and there is air conditioning.
RENTAL CONDITION:
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
