Prezzo comprensivo di spese condominiali.

Il prezzo per locazioni a società dovrà essere incrementato del 30%.

CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO: Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale di 250€. In caso di eccedenza, gli extra verranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale. I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto.
I costi delle spese condominiali, Wi-Fi, acqua e spese di contratto sono inclusi nel canone mensile.
Le pulizie settimanali sono obbligatorie a 150€/settimana.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 30 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;
Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;
Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione.

CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:
- È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto;
- Il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati; PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €250.0) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento.
- Costo di registrazione del contratto: 150 €.

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE:
1) prenotazioni di durata 1-3 mesi: caparra pari a 1 mensilità di canone
2) prenotazioni di durata 3-6 mesi: caparra pari a 1.5 mensilità di canone
3) prenotazioni di durata 6+ mesi: caparra pari a 2 mensilità di canone

Three-room apartment with two large bedrooms, 150sqm located in Via Andrea Doria, an area well connected with the center of Milan but also the business districts.
Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with concierge and elevator.

This bright apartment is spread over one floor.
The living area consists of large living room with bright windows.

The living room leads to the open space kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.
From the kitchen you access to a nice terrace.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with double bed.

RENTAL TERMS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 250€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental contract.
The costs of the condominium expenses, Wi-Fi, water, and contract fees are included in the monthly fee.
Weekly clening are mandatory for 150€/week.

Early termination: after at least one month, you can cancel with a notice of at least 30 days from the last date of release of the property;
We apply a daily contract: the monthly fee is calculated on the exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example, December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc. ...; Check-in and check-out times will be communicated once the reservation is finalized.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
- It is compulsory to have a valid Fiscal Code in order to sign the rental contract;
- The rental contract must be signed before entering the flat, otherwise we will not be able to check in at the agreed time.
PAYMENTS: Once the booking is confirmed, we will contact you to pay the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (compulsory cost starting from €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the flat.

DEPOSIT:
1) booking of 1-3 months: 1 month rent
2) booking of 3-6 months: 1.5 month rent
3) booking of 6+ months: 2 months rent
