E' inoltre a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro M4 di Susa da cui si può accedere in Duomo e all'aeroporto di Linate in pochi minuti. L'immobile si trova al quinto e ultimo piano con ascensore di un caratteristico contesto di ringhiera e gode di estrema luminosità e una bella vista sui tetti di Milano. E’ composto da ingresso/corridoio, un’ampia e luminosa zona living con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale, una stanza adibita ad armadio walk-in e lavanderia e un bagno finestrato. L’intero appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato e rifinito con accessori di design. Sarà inoltre fornito di utensili cucina, asciugamani e lenzuola.

Fancy 43 sqm apartment located in the Città Studi/Porta Venezia area, a few steps from some of the most iconic places of Milanese design and lifestyle such as the Polytechnic and Porta Venezia vibrant neighborhood. It is a 5-minute walk from the M4 Susa metro station, from which you can easily get to the Duomo in a few minutes. The flat is located in a charming Milanese-style railing houses and enjoys lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the rooftops of Milan. It consists of an entrance/corridor, a large and luminous living area with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed, a room used as a walk-in wardrobe and laundry room and a bathroom with window. The entire apartment has just been fully renovated and finished with fancy design accessories. It will be equipped with all main amenities, including also kitchen utensils, towels and bed sheets.
