Nice apartment located in the historic center of Bologna in a convenient area to the university and S. Orsola, which allows you to reach all the main city attractions on foot. Equipped with 2 bedrooms: one double with adjoining study, the other with a large single bed, accommodates up to 4 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the lounge. Equipped with equipped kitchen, bathroom with large shower, washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi. Towels and linen are included.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
