N'Attic Vomero Penthouse è un elegante appartamento ubicato all'ottavo piano di un condominio signorile nel cuore del quartiere Vomero. Qui potrete visitare il famoso Castel S. Elmo, la certosa di San Martino ed aggirarvi nelle strade pedonali dello shopping e tra gli innumerevoli bar e ristoranti.Con la metropolitana, a soli 150 metri, potrete raggiungere sia il centro storico che le altre aree della città in soli 10 minuti.L’appartamento, estremamente luminoso, si compone di due camere da letto matrimoniali ed un salone con divano letto doppio che affacciano sul terrazzo panoramico.Dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza in totale relax e comfort, incluso un ampio barbecue a gas, è perfetto per le cene in terrazza con gli amici. Completano l’arredo una cucina attrezzata e due bagni.Una sistemazione perfetta per una vacanza che per un soggiorno più lungo o per esigenze di lavoro.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;
 
NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano: per le prenotazioni con check-in dal 12 Marzo 2024 al 23 Aprile 2024 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out tra il 11 Aprile 2024 al 21 Aprile 2024 inclusiApplichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

N'Attic Vomero Penthouse is an elegant apartment located on the eighth floor of an elegant condominium in the heart of the Vomero district. Here you can visit the famous Castel S. Elmo, the Certosa di San Martino and wander around the pedestrian shopping streets and the countless bars and restaurants.With the subway, just 150 meters away, you can reach both the historic center and other areas of the city in just 10 minutes.The extremely bright apartment consists of two double bedrooms and a living room with double sofa bed that overlook the panoramic terrace.Equipped with everything you need for a holiday in total relaxation and comfort, including a large gas barbecue, it is perfect for dining on the terrace with friends.The furnishings are completed by an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.A perfect accommodation for a holiday or for a longer stay or for business needs.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
