The apartment is very luxurious and fully equipped. The amenities include A/C in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite smart TV, and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, and toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

Agios Ioannis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
There are a few supermarkets, mini markets, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops for all your needs around the loft. You can also enjoy your lunches and dinners in the area around, where you can find nice local taverns and restaurants, as well as cafes to enjoy a morning coffee in Athens' center!
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
